Custom Guide Rail: We made a custom guide rail that accurately connects to the upstream and downstream production lines to meet the customer's requirement of adding a metal detection process after filling and before labeling.

Rejection Device: When metal impurities are detected in the product,the pusher automatically removes it without affecting production efficiency.(Rejection system can be customized to your requirements.)   

Custom Probe Size: Passable size of 150mm*300mm, specifically designed for bottled products.

Plastic Chain Plates: The conveyor belt uses plastic chain plates, which have the high load-bearing capacity, stable operation and less prone to deviation, and are easy to disassemble and clean.
