  Designed for cold and damp environments, the metal detector must be waterproof, moisture-resistant, and easy to clean.That's why we designed it with full waterproofing.

To handle the wet production environment, we used a plastic chain conveyor.  It's heavy-duty, slip-resistant, drains well, and it's easy to remove for cleaning. Anti-wear strips are installed beneath the plastic chain belt to minimize friction against the support plate, preventing premature wear. It's powered by a brushless motor-quieter, energy-efficient, and minimal electromagnetic interference.The edges of the LCD screen and the lower structure are sealed to provide waterproof protection, ensuring efficient operation even in humid environments. The electrical box uses moisture-proof seals and drainage channels, effectively preventing vapor intrusion that could shorten the equipment's service life.
