Why would a factory need to use an explosion-proof metal separator?
Flammable and Explosive Environments: such as chemical, pharmaceutical, grain processing (flour/starch), and oil & gas. In these settings, dust (e.g., aluminum powder, coal dust) can ignite upon contact with electrical sparks. Special scenarios also include the alcohol spray environment in food factories, the lithium powder workshop in lithium battery production, and the solvent extraction area in pharmaceutical plants.

The metal separator adopts an EX-certified electrical enclosure that can operate safely in high-risk dust areas. All external cables use dual explosion-proof conduits to effectively contain explosions and prevent short circuits. External ports are precisely sealed to completely prevent dust intrusion. The aluminum alloy explosion-proof casing comes with a large visual and audible alarm that triggers immediately upon metal detection, with alarm signals transmitted to the central control system. It can be customized with different passage sizes to effectively handle materials from upstream and downstream production lines
