Operation mode: three operation modes
a. Dynamic mode: normal pipeline mode;
b. Static mode: after the material enters the weighing platform, the weighing platform stops running and weighs to improve the accuracy, which is suitable for products with less than 20 passes per minute;
c. Energy saving mode: (optional) the energy-saving mode can be opened on the basis of mode a and mode B. set the time when no material passes the shutdown. When the equipment is idle, it will automatically stop after the time is long, and it will automatically start when there is material passing.
Fault self detection: self detection: check whether the motor, frequency converter, ad, sensor and photoelectric are normal and the cause of the fault, and guide detection of cylinder, solid-state relay and solenoid valve. It is convenient for non professionals to check and repair.
Communication of peripheral equipment: Standard RS-485 and RS-232 dual communication port output.
a. RS-485 interface is modbus, RTU standard protocol, but it can modify the write address (57600bps, 8, N, 1, slave station number is 3) and can not be modified.
b. (optional) RS-232 interface is user-defined protocol, and the instruction sending content can be set by itself. (57600bps, 8, N, 1) modifiable.
The external printer or inkjet printer and other communication equipment can also be connected with the front and rear end packaging machine and production equipment to feed back the weighing results so that it can automatically modify the formula parameters.
Chinese input method
a. Formula name can be input in Chinese, so it is more intuitive to search and switch formula.
b. With RS-232 communication port, Chinese characters can be sent to peripheral devices. (it is suitable for external printer or marking machine to print Chinese characters).
