This is our customized metal detector, which can be easily integrated into production lines. Its core advantages include:
Custom Belt Height from Ground: The upstream equipment is a elevator. To better interface with the material flow, the belt height of unit is customized at 1300mm from the ground. The passable size of probe is 720*100mm.
Food Grade Belt: A white, food-grade belt resistant to grease has been employed. (Belts can be customized to your requirements.)
Specially Designed Baffle: Baffles are specifically designed for loose materials, and edge sealing strips have been applied to both sides of the belt and the feed inlet to prevent material leakage and spillage.
Rejection Device: A flap rejection system is used. Metal contaminants are rejected through the flap and fall into the reject bin. Qualified products continue on the conveyor to the downstream manual inspection.(Rejection system can be customized to your requirements.)
