Dual-Lane: The customer has two automated production lines that need to share a single unit. Therefore, we designed two separate channels. To ensure better connectivity with the client's two production lines, an inlet is provided on one side of each channel.
Food-Grade Belt: The 150mm food-grade conveyor belt is highly effective in preventing sticking.(Belts can be customized to your requirements.)
Wind Shield: A wind shield is installed over the weighing section to ensure accuracy.
Rejection Device: When an overweight or underweight product is detected, the system automatically removes it without affecting production efficiency.(Rejection system can be customized to your requirements.)
