Defective products are removed directly in the weighing zone?
This is our stop-and-weigh belt scale. It uses static weighing principles to avoid errors caused by belt movement. When defective products are detected, the belt reverses automatically to reject them.
Ideal for checking individual weights of packaged items, suitable for small products like hardware screws, plastic parts, seasoning sachets, toy components, electronic parts, furniture fittings, bathroom accessories, and fasteners.
Its core advantages include:
Baffle: Equipped with an inclined baffle to prevent product spillage.
Control Panel: LCD touchscreen, simple and convenient operation.
Rejection Device: Facing the screen, defectives are directed to the right while compliant products move left.Belt direction is adjustable to fit production line needs.
