This customized checkweigher with an enclosed weighing position is different from our standard design.
Its core advantages include:
Special Design: The enclosed transparent design isolates external interference while enabling real-time visibility of product movement. Besides, it provides enough space to install other equipment inside.
Modular Design: The frame is custom-coated with white baked paint. The inside features mounting brackets, allowing customers to install visual equipment themselves for capturing images of weighed products.
Touchscreen: The control panel is flush-mounted into the frame casing, ensuring easy operation and monitoring.
Rejection Device: Products meeting weight standards are seamlessly transferred to the downstream line, ensuring uninterrupted production flow. Non-conforming products are rejected by rodless cylinder and collected in a the roller-type catch bin.(Rejection system can be customized to your requirements.)
