Liquid Pipeline Metal Separator for Sauce Chocolate Paste Product Lines
The liquid metal separator is a specialized device designed to detect and remove metallic contaminants (e.g., iron, copper, aluminum, stainless steel) from liquid and semi-liquid products like juice, sauces, soups, and dairy. It utilizes high-sensitivity electromagnetic sensors to identify even tiny metal particles. Once detected, the system automatically isolate contaminants via a reject mechanism without stopping production.
Coso liquid metal separator can be seamlessly integrates with filling machine, pumps, conveyors, and pipeline systems in food processing lines. Constructed from SUS 304, it has different sizes to be chosen.
1.The system removes ferrous/non-ferrous metal impurities (e.g., iron, copper, aluminum, stainless steel) from pumped liquids or pasty products.
2.Upon metal detecion, a diverter valve rejects contaminated material into a waste container. The arc-shaped valve removal mechnism is specially designed for viscous products.
3.The metal separator comes pre-installed on a stainless-steel frame, suitable for desktop or wall mounting. If required, it can also be relocated onto an adjustable-height mobile stand.
4.Quick-connect fittings enable seamless integration into existing pipeline systems.
5.Stainless-steel construction ensures easy cleaning and durability.
6.Features self-learning capability with storage for up to 100 product parameters.
7.Multiple pipe diameters available, capable of detecting iron particles as small as 0.3mm in diameter.
