This customized four-level weight sorting machine can be used for fruit and vegetable products such as orange, durian, grapefruit, apple, watermelon, pineapple,etc.
Its core advantages include:
Machine Material: The entire machine is made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean.
Conveyor Belt: During conveyance, grapefruits are prone to rolling. Trays are used to secure them in position. A custom anti-stick PU material conveyor belt ensures smooth pass.
Sensor: The sorting accuracy of up to ±1g ensure precise sorting of every grapefruit.
Touchscreen: The 10-inch touchscreen is easy to operate, and the four-level weight settings are easy to be watched.
Rejection Device: Pusher rejection combined with four inclined roller-type catch bin,which allows for automatical sorting.(Rejection system can be customized to your requirements.)
